However, our platform currently only integrates with US carriers and all shipments will need to originate from the US if they are being shipped internationally.
Absolutely not. Our lowest plan is free for life up to 500 labels.
If you want to process an order and print a label, you will need to add funds to your shipping meter. However, you are not required to select a subscription plan until you hit your monthly label limit.
Any label generated through SmartShyp is considered a shipment. Reprinting labels are not considered an additional shipment, but re-shipping an order with a new label is a new shipment.
You will have the option to upgrade to a higher plan. Otherwise your limit will reset when your plan rolls over.
An integration is a connection between SmartShyp and a shopping cart and/or marketplace.
Carrier integrations or importing orders via csv will not count as an integration.
